Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At Zoybees 🐝, we want you to have a smooth and happy shopping experience. Please read this policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch.

  • Approved cancellations may be refunded after deducting applicable charges, if any.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

2. Returns & Replacements

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

However, we may offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • A product is missing from your order.

  • A product arrives damaged.

All requests are subject to verification.

3. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a continuous unboxing video from opening the sealed package until all items are shown.

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging when requested.

Claims without the required evidence may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

  • An eligible cancellation is approved.

  • A missing product is verified.

  • A wrong product is verified and cannot be replaced.

  • A damaged product is verified and cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details.

  • Courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Minor colour or appearance differences due to screen settings or lighting.

  • Claims made after 24 hours.

  • Claims without the required unboxing video.

6. Fraudulent or Invalid Claims

Zoybees reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet this policy or appear fraudulent, suspicious, or misleading.
